The Detex Series 800 logic and power supply controllers convert 120VAC into regulated and filtered 24VDC, providing a secure, consistent, power feed to various electrified door hardware accessories, primarily access control components, such as Detex latch retraction exit devices (ER Electrified option).

  • Battery charging circuits included standard
  • Design provides enough power to cycle Detex latch retraction motor, one time, even if power is lost while attempting to open the door and gain access
  • 81-800, 82-800 and 83-800 have standard output used to signal automatic door operators

Benefits

  • Filtered and regulated 24VDC power protects circuitry from stray power surges and spikes
  • While others require 2 amp power supplies for single door applications, Detex allows you to specify and supply the economical 81-800 for single door latch retraction applications
  • The Series 800 products have been engineered to provide superior operation through design integration with all Detex electric latch retraction options
