T-Shirt Design Contest
Rules
- Designs submitted will be considered Detex work products and are not authorized for individual use or distribution without Detex Corporation’s written consent.
- You must be a Detex employee and actively on the payroll to be able to enter the contest.
- Your design must comply with Detex marketing logo policies
- Designs must be developed during non-work hours.
- The Company’s logo must be included in the design.
- Three Designs may be entered per employee.
- Design must be provided digitally.
- Design must be uploaded to the Detex website on the design contest page at www.detex.com/designcontest
- The Company logo and product image files are available for view and download at www.detex.com/designcontest
Logo Rules
- In addition to the Detex 100-year anniversary logo, you may use the corporate logo and/or the Detex-only logo if you choose to.
- Logo colors may only be black, white, or red
- Logos may only be used on backgrounds that reinforce the logo, and that do not detract from the logo.
- No alterations of the logo are permitted. Drop shadow, border, outer glow, inner glow, etc. are not allowed on the logo.

1st place: $600, Jacket and Detex Swag
2nd place: $500, Jacket and Detex Swag
3rd place: $400 and Detex Swag
4th place: $300 and Detex Swag

Voting Process
- Senior management will evaluate and vote on designs.
- Members of management who submit designs are excluded from voting.
- The design with the most votes wins.
Other Notes
You may submit a design for the front and/or back of the t-shirt.
Design must be provided digitally in a raw format (AI, PSD, EPS, etc.) – you may need to ZIP your files in order to upload them using the form.
T-shirt Colors
You may choose the color t-shirt you would like your design to go on. The following are the colors that are acceptable. Please keep in mind that darker elements will be harder to see on dark colored t-shirts, and lighter elements will be harder to see on light colored t-shirts.
