If you still need help, you are entitled to assistance from Detex with one support incident at no charge for each Detex guard tour system installed. If you are eligible for this, contact Technical Support.
If you have already used your one-time no-charge support, you may purchase a Software Support Agreement. A one-year Support Agreement for a ProxiPen/TopGuard Patrol system is $99, and $49 for a Reliant system. You may download and review the Support Agreement here. To purchase a Support Agreement, fill out the appropriate information in the Agreement form and e-mail it to email@example.com.
