Detex Welcomes Mark Butler As New Customer Service and Technical Support

Detex Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Butler as the new Head of Customer Service and Technical Support. With extensive experience in customer relations and leadership roles within manufacturing settings, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to Detex and DSI.

Mark’s impressive background spans industries such as industrial pumps, wastewater treatment, and power transmission, where he has successfully led teams in both local and international markets. His expertise is underpinned by degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing, along with certifications in Advanced Problem Solving and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt.

In his new role, Mark will oversee the Detex and DSI teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support for the company’s extensive range of products. His leadership will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continued growth for both brands.

Mark’s appointment underscores Detex’s commitment to providing the highest level of support to its customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and technical assistance.
