Exit Alarm Option (EA)
Available for Detex 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices, this option includes a 100 decibel, 9-volt battery or 12-volt AC selectable alarm and LED display.

Electric Dogging (ED)
Available for 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices to provide push-pull operation when activated, electrically maintaining pushpad and latch bolt retraction until deactivated by a switch or fire alarm input.

Delayed Egress (EE)
Available for 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices with 15 second delay and 100 decibel alarm.  The Advantex EE option includes a regulated and filtered power supply as a standard feature.

Delayed Egress with Latch Retraction (EExER)
Available for 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices where both delayed egress and remote unlocking, remote dogging, access control or an automatic door operator is desired.  The Advantex EExER option includes a regulated and filtered power supply as a standard feature.

Electric Integration (EI)
Available on 10/20/21/40/50/51 Series exit devices to interface with a Detex 800 Series logic controller and other manufacturers' electrified hardware for a variety of customer specified uses.

Secure 2-point locking (1400 lb with the panic device and 1500 lb with the magnet) with 15 second delay and 100 decibel alarm.  The Advantex EM option includes a regulated and filtered power supply as a standard feature.

Available for Detex 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices, the Electric Signaling (ES) option includes two switches; one to monitor the latch bolt position and the other to monitor mechanical access from the exterior.

Electric Unlock Trim (EU)
Available for Detex 10/20/30 Series exit devices, the Electric Unlock Trim (EU) option is an excellent source of security for stairwell doors, elevator lobbies, or other access control systems used in installations in schools, universities, hospitals, retail, industrial, etc.

Request to Exit Signaling (EX) and High Cuttent/Voltage Signaling (EXV)
Available for Detex 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices, the Request to Exit (EX) signaling option is used on exit doors with panic or fire exit hardware.  The Request to Exit High Current / Voltage switching option, can be used to control power to a device that requires higher current.

Available for Detex 10/20/21/30/40/50/51 Series exit devices, the Weatherized Request to Exit Switching option is for use on doors or gates that require a means of switching when someone depresses the pushpad on the panic device during egress in a moist, outdoor or other such application.
